How to remove that cache and temp files. I'm a new be...please tell me step by step...

Try holding down control or shift and hitting F5 at the same time. (Try both).

I had similar problem few days back and have tried Ctrl+F5, it works but it seems to be a temporary fix.

It goes back to the x10hosting blank page after sometime then I will need to repeat the process (Ctrl+F5) again to access my own webpage.

Then there is something wrong on your end with caching. Clearing all your temp files, cookies, etc.. closing the browser and restarting the comp usually is a definitive answer for this.
