Index Manager not Working

When I open Index Manager, there are no folders or any icons to click on. I'm not sure what happened. I used to be able to about four months ago.

Am I at the correct place for account assistance? Why hasn't anyone assisted me yet? Please help me correct the issue.

Who may I contact for assistance? Is there an e-mail address I can submit my issues to? When will I be helped? My interruption in service is affecting a lot of my visitors.

What exactly do you want to do? Almost everything that the index manager does, you can do my manually adjusting the .htaccess file in the directory involved.

I want it to display the folder contents when there is no index file.

Open or create a file named .htaccess in the directory

Add the line:

Options +Indexes

To adjust the appearance of the index add either

IndexOptions FancyIndexing
OR
IndexOptions -FancyIndexing

Note that this can be a security hole and you are responsible for any negative effects.
