"Index of/" what does this mean?

HEllo x10hosting management! I've been wondering again of what had happened to our web site. I keep on posting here in your forum yet i can't see the guarantee what your trying to say "Please participate in this forum every 30th day to maintain the visibility of your site" something like that. But see, the website i made wasn't visible anymore. Look, what does this mean?

Just last week, i've been seeing for the visibility of our web site. But this week, its been like this!


Please do an immediate action management because we really needed the web site asap! Please! Thanks! Keep it up!

The reason you might be seeing that is because Lotus and Cossacks server is down. If you're website is hosted under any of the two, that might be the probable reason why you see the directory emptied out. I myself was shocked at first and thought that my account was hacked but when I checked http://status.x10hosting.com/ I knew what was the problem...
