index page not loading by default + FTP password reset request

www.techgremin.co.uk was originally working fine, but it looks like something stopped working after the migration on boru, if i manually type in www.techgremin.co.uk/index.html it works fine, but the default web page does not load up. - I couldn't find anywhere in the cPanel to set the default webpage to load either. any ideas?

Also - unable to connect using the default FTP account techgrem, unable to change the password on that account and it does not use my standard login password to the x10hosting site.

Hello,

Your site loads fine for me. Please try clearing your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.
As for the FTP password, it can be reset in the "FTP accounts" section of your cPanel.

no idea what the problem was with the site, i got it checked from multiple computers in multiple locations, must of been a server side problem that was fixed without anyone realizing it definitely wasn't a client side problem.

Regarding the FTP account - I'll just go make a new account as there is no change password option in the cPanel for the "Special" FTP account's
