Index page

Hi all,
I'm having a issues I have just this site, and for some reason it will not show me my index page on my website how come this is happy my URL is: http://cmos.x10.mx/ but it say to contact the webmaster I don't get it if anyone could give me a hand that would be cool!

I don't see any index page errors and it loads a under construction page. Try clearing your browser cache and try again.

Okay so I did that and now all I am seeing is just "/Index" of and it has the cgi-bin and my index.HTML page there it does not show me my under construction page!?

I get that index page too now as it seems you have renamed the file. To resolve this, rename 'Index.html' to 'index.html' either through FTP or cPanel.
