Username: cPanel Username
Password: cPanel Password

If your on "adfree-adfree" account on fris server , cpanel is wrong it should be 1024 mb disk space and one of the admins have got it wrong.

It means that even though it's showing 0 ftp accounts, it's not counting the one you already have with your hosting account. Also, until the new server is properly sorted out, it's not going to show accurate information.
