Info regarding being moved onto the unmetred free set up

im currently on the metred free acount and wondered if and how i can be moved onto the unmetred bandwidth as well as unmetred storage set up?

i also need some info on the double everything as i payed for the double everything but not been able to log into cpanel to see if anythings changed?

is there an admin who can advise me on these questions please?

so 1 can someone tell me if i can be upgraded? without changing anything on my site?

and can admin check if ive been upgraded?

although i really dont need the double upgrade as i only need the bandwidth and storage?

the reason you are probably not able to view the changes are as followed

the server you are on ,fris, is currently being migrated and having temporary issues. It will be back up soon. Until it is up you will not be able to access your cpanel. This is for the benefit of your site and will help the servers to run faster and more smoothly

as of the unmetered. You get an unmetered account but you can not have as many addon domains and parked domains.

as i remember it being changed and wondered why mine hadnt been changed?

at present i have unmetred storage but 10.200 gig bandwidth?

is it a quick process to change to unmetred?

I would keep it because it doubles the amount of addon domains and parked domains which is decreased by switching to the unmetered plan. However you may be able to get a refund.

My understanding is you get to keep your Double Everything.
"The double all package is available on this plan if you want to upgrade the features."
Are you saying you have a pending double everything order? This upgrade should not effect that order.
If you have concerns about that you could wait until work on Fris is finished.
Let me know how you want to proceed.

okay i found somethings however i need to know a bit more info.

Did you pay for

or

For a one time fee of $4.95 we will DOUBLE everything on your free hosting account. (MySQL, Add-ons, Parked, Emails, Etc.)

if you purchased the second one, half of it is worth your while but it still is a benefit. If you purchased the first one and wish to switch to a different plan then there it was not beneficial.

This special is for ALL free accounts. (Adfree & Adenhanced).

So yes it will activate on your account however i would talk to the admin about it. I dont have access but other moderators do.

Okay so pretty obviously we realize you cannot return anything. However if you did get the first package and it hasnt activated yet i would talk to them about that but im not sure if you can because the link is gone now to purchase it.

Regardless in Summary

Package 1 = $2.95 - worthless with the new unmetered package

Package 2 = $4.95 - has benefits but not if you had the average package (not unmetered). However this makes up for the one thing that you loose when switching the unmetered package which is addon domains so i would say this is worth it.

Apparently it has not been applied to your account yet.

I assume you are on Fris (was lotus/cossacks/absolut ). It has major problems at the moment.

yes im on fris and yes i was on lotus and i guessed that there had been serious problems?
