Christopher totaly misunderstand me.


1)I asked in the forum to consider buying some x10s's paid plan.Is it against the TOS?

2)The link in my signature is removed by Christopher.The link in my signature is of x10 community at orkut.It is not the link of other webhosting community. kajasweb x10 Techie,sunils moderator etc are also the members of that community.You may verify.
I done it for promoting your hosting company,is it against TOS? If so i will delete that community from orkut.What you say?

You had a image beneath the orkut part that advertised a different paid hosting service. I wasn't sure if the orkut group was for that also.

You can add the orkut part, but keep the banner advertising the hosting service out.

I am reopening this thread.

today i get an infraction from sohailamir52.
This is for keeping an co.cc banner in my signature and he says

I am afraid i had to remove that banner in your signature regarding .co.cc as referrals are not allowed unless a non referral link is provided. This is your first warning, if this happens again i will temp. ban you.

but that banner was allowed by Christopher previously.
But i dont know why sohailamir52 didn't allow the banner.


In forum rules it said that referal id is allowed in forum as long a non-referal id is provided. But i have my link in my signature only.Not else where.
There are many people who have ref link on their signature.
So i request sohailamir52 to reverse this infraction and allow me to put my banner in my signature.sohailamir52 please don't feel bad,this post is not a complaint against you or anyone.I really love you all.

I'm sorry but sohailamir52 is right. There was no non-referral link in your signature, so he was right to give you an infraction. And yes others have referral links, but they'll get given the same punishment.

Anyway, it'll wear off soon (as a mod I can see your infractions and their expiration dates) so don't panic.

It is clearly stated in the case of forums,that ref id is allowed only if non ref id is provided.

tittat, I do think an infraction worth 5 points is a little harsh considering how minor it is.

I think the rules for the forums need updating and tittat's infraction either lowering or reversing, it does seem unfair.

5 points is the basic for the type of infraction. We don't set the points, just the infraction.

As for the forum rules and what not, they are being worked on for v3 of x10hosting.

You need over 15 to 20 before your forum account is banned. So 5 is really minor.

Ok i put my co.cc banner back in my signature with a non referal id added to the bottom of the banner.
Administrators please have a look at it.
Is that ok?
