Even though (obvious) it is in your signature. You should still provide a link. Many may not do this as they may be unsure on which link in your sig it is.

If there was, then I did not recieve it.

No, there's not suppose to be any confirmation email.
Did you post up an intro in forum?
That's what you're suppose to do and then contact me about submitting articles then I add you to the group. Then you have access to that link.
What UserName did you register under?
