ini_get() disabled ???

Hey, I have been using Drupal without any problems, but today I got this:

Warning: ini_get() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/etnomuz/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 222

Is that any new php limit or only temporary problem ?
