You can login to your cPanel using the cPanel link http://thirteen.x10hosting.com:2082 and using the File Manager, upload the index.html page. You should place the advanced adcode, found here www.x10hosting.com/account/ads on all the pages of your site.

what if you deleted the index.html page because the getting started thread said you didnt need it...lol

ok i created a new file called index.html and put the link or the add in...but go to my site thirteen.x10hosting.com and see that it only shows the add script

When going to: http://thirteen.x10hosting.com/ I don't see the advertisment.
You should put it inside the body (between the <body> and </body> tags).
