Instability on access the ftp and cpanel

Friends,

Since two days I can't access my ftp account and my cPanel environment with stability. Today I don't logon any time and I'm still trying for two hours.

My domain is a free account, carrocheio.x10.bz. Any support are welcome.

I am unaware of problems with starka, your server. However, I'll ask around.

Ftp is working slowly on starka and it is taking too much time to ask for login and password.You can check yourself by visiting ftp://carrocheio.x10.bz Cpanel is slow too.
