Install Joomla 3.1

Hi Guys new to the forum.

I would like to know how to install my Joomla site onto x10hosting.

Any help would be great.

Joomla 3.2 is available in softaculous. Softaculous is available from cpanel, it is within the Software/Services group of icons.
To install Joomla 3.2:
1. locate and click on the softaculous link
2. Joomla! is generally among the first apps displayed, if you find it here - you can hover over the Joomla image and an install link will appear.
Alternatively you can locate Joomla by clicking on Portal/CMS on the left hand side of the screen. Then looking for Joomla on the right hand portion of the screen the click it.
When the right hand side of the page loads you look for install near the top.
3. Follow the Joomla install instructions as they appear on screen.

I apologise i didn't explain myself well. I have a site created in joomla under localhost. I would like to upload this site onto x10hosting how would i do that?
