Install joomla my hosting

I try to do an installation of joomla from my hosting and I can not, access rights are correct . url is: http:/www.cityzensall.x10.mx/public_html/joomla/installation/install . php.

Hello,

Please post the contents of the .htaccess file you have in the public_html directory. If using cPanel file manager you'll need to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it.
Also, please verify you have nothing CHMOD 777. Generally, directories should be 755 and files 644.
As an aside, files placed in the public_html directory are your web root. For example if I placed page.html in public_html then it would be visible at mysite.com/page.html
