I would like to restore my files from last week. However when I go to the backup on my cpanel and try to restore the files to a restore point it redirects me to:
https://xo2.r1softlicenses.com/login.zul?failed=true&cpID=40ef88da-a5f5-4a54-806f-f6ab61230f56
and displays a login and password box but when I try to use my normal login credentials I get a box with:
You are attempting to log into your cPanel backups from xo2.x10hosting.com.
If you think you are seeing these messages in error, please contact your Backup Manager administrator.
I just would like to restore my files as my backup file folder is now empty. I have lost my wordpress wp-config.php file but I still have my sql database but I cannot reinstate my website. Please help!
