Installer for phpBB3 still not working

So I asked for my version of PHP to be upgraded to intermediate, and it was.

But the install.php file for phpBB3 still doesn't work,

Help?

And it's been over 12 hours since the upgrade.

Can you try re-uploading the files? Maybe one of them got corrupted during the upload.

Done that a few times, and I've uploaded the archive and extracted it. But another try wouldn't hurt.
