installing arcadem sx

How do you make it so you can add a url, whith out installing anything from SoftCuluios? I want to add this: Arcadem Pro https://secure.agaresmedia.com/v6/products/arcade-script/, which isn't a free script.
But I have the files, so once I make a site, where do I put it?

You need to upload the files into the public_html folder. It will probably ask for a database username and password which you can create using the cPanel Database Wizard.
