Installing "CLIPBUCKET" against TOS?

Please review and inform installing it on free hosting is against tos or not?

It'd break the File Hosting section of the terms if you ever got it to work.

The -real- problem is it requires some php extensions (ffmpeg for one) that aren't available on free hosting. From a test I ran a year or so ago it doesn't function -at all- on free hosting, but yeah it'd break TOS.
