Installing controls

I have developed my application in asp.net using some premium software in order to ensure proper working of application i need to install that software on the workstation also can you please provide how i can do so. Software name is Telerik Radcontrols for Ajax

Is it a script or is it like a module for asp.net that the admins have to install?
