Installing Joomla, Zen photo

Hi,
I've attempted to install the above. I used one of the auto-installers in the cpanel to do so but I get this both times.

Help?

Hi,
I know softaculous installer to be correctly working.
Did you try it?
1-->If so, can you put the configuration details (if any) that you are using while you install joomla?
2-->If not plz work on it now.
