Installing SMF (Simple Machines Forum)

I am trying to install SMF (Simple Machines Forum) and I keep getting this error message

Cannot connect to the database server with the supplied data.
If you are not sure about what to type in, please contact your host.
Access denied for user 'shzylo'@'<name>.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES)

I apply the information:

DATABASE TYPE: MySQL
USERNAME: Shzylo
PASSWORD: <password>
DATABASE NAME: smf
TABLE PREFIX: smf_

What hostname are you typing in? You should be attempting to connect to "localhost"

Additionally, you can make use of the MySQL Wizard in your cPanel to create a database and a database user explicitly for that database. We recommend using a separate database user for each web application you install (as opposed to the same database user, and ESPECIALLY as opposed to your cpanel user) so that in the event the password for one app is leaked, the rest of your account will be unaffected.
