Installing zencart

I am trying to install zencart and am having some trouble getting the database setup, it asks me for the username and password etc and when I put them in it does not work, does anyone know what exactly needs to be done when entering the db info into zencart?

You need to create a database, user and password using the MySQL wizard in cPanel.

I did all that and when I go into zen to install it and give it the db info it says

Connection to Database failed
Access denied for user 'custreef_adrian'@'stoli.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES) more info...

You made sure that you gave that user the required permission on the database? and that you did not mis-write the username/password/database?
