Intalling Chamilo from zip package

I´m just upload Chamilo (not installing by script) on this server but I need to change php.ini values , is it possible?
Short open tag nust be on
Cookie Http only must be off
Install process do not activate NEXT button (because these values are required I guess)
Please Help

No. There is one php.ini per server. With tons of accounts. The settings seem to be compatible with most scripts.
