integration help needed

This is the Joomla site, an internal information site for my student and teacher base.

My site 2 - http://rainbowidomas.exofire.net/inspire/support
This is the CLAROLINE campus, an internal support site for my student base.


The problem is I would like to integrate Joomla with my Claroline into a seemless website. I've researched and the article I found were from 2005 when both systems were just starting out. I am not a techie so a technical explanation won`t work.
I`ve use the wrapper and it would be fine but I cant get the logout to redirect to the JOOMLA site!

ANY HELP????

Ok you have 2 cms
To make one look like the other, the easiest way is to take the one that looks the most complicated, and use the css file from it and convert the lesser site to look like it

To make them look the same would be easy
But if they both run on different sql systems theres no way of merging user data

Eg, an smf forum and wordpress blog, they can look the same but the db wont match
