I have Intermediate PHP Configuration for my account but it doesn't seem to work for my subdomains. I can install phpBB3 just fine on my primary domain and get it working, but all I get is a blank white page when it's installed on one of my subdomains, indicating that php isn't functioning correctly.

thank you

I probably should have mentioned that this is the error I get. I only get the error when I run the script from my subdomains. It works fine with my main domain name.

[Wed Sep 03 03:49:57 2008] [error] [client 66.75.230.198] ALERT - function within blacklist called: set_time_limit() (attacker '66.75.230.198', file '/home/emsemily/public_html/slinkyinkblots/install/index.php', line 123)
I would like to run phpBB3 from my subdomain.

I probably should have posted this in level two support I think.

thanks

You can't post in level two support, staff move threads there if they feel they cannot deal with the threads themselves :). When did you create this subdomain? It can take up to 24 hours for subdomains to be able to use the PHP version you have on your main domain.

About a day and a half ago. but the subdomain I was originally trying to use existed for a couple days before I deleted it in frustration 'cause I was too dense to check the error log and realize it was calling blacklisted functions. I guess I'll have to be patient. :biggrin:

thank -M-

tnl2k7 is correct, it may take a day or so for the subdomains to get updated with your correct PHP version as they get created with their own entries in the apache conf file. Those entries then also need to be updated.

I'm going to close this now, just for good housekeeping but if your issue still presents itself or you have another one, please feel free to re-open this thread or create a new one.
