Intermediate PHP Not working on Stoli?

I've been having some problems with my site. It appears as if PHP v2 is not working, I added 3 new domains about 2 days ago, but none of them have updated PHP ( I thought there was supposed to be a sccript that ran every 24 hours to update new domains ). I get this error when I go to http://opensourceds.net/index.php:

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/teendev/public_html/open/Sources/Load.php(1788) : eval()'d code on line 1788

I HAVE had PHP v2 for quite sometime.

Intermediate php is suspended due to the server move going on, on that server. It should be restored soon.
