Intermediate PHP update 'still' pending

I requested upgrade on 17/8 as i was being shown the error;

Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons

My request was accepted within a few hours and has been pending ever since, i hope this can be sorted asap as it has been 4 days now.
