Intermediate PHP: URL file-access is disabled??? Worked before...

Warning:  simplexml_load_file() [[URL="http://teamirs.armed.us/function.simplexml-load-file"]function.simplexml-load-file[/URL]]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration

That's the error that I get when I try running my script (grab XML feed from GameBattles.com). It worked before, but I recently reorganized my site structure (this site is an addon domain and i changed it's location, url works). My thing is that it lies 2 directories deep (~/public_html/addon_sites/teamirs)

the site's old directory was ~/public_html/teamirs (and it works), but as I said, I would like to clean my primary site's directories.

Is there a change in Intermediate PHP's config or is there issues when it lies a few directories deep?

ok, it's not working perfectly.

http://www.ccheater.uni.cc/.teamirs/ works fine, but the addon domain pointing there doesn't want to work:

http://www.teamirs.armed.us/

i don't really know why either.
