intermittent high resource usage

I would like to enquire about the policty on high resource usage on the free accounts. Although the terms of service forbid consistent high usage, they do not have any details on intermittent high usage (like the premium TOS has). To be specific, I would like to enquire about running a script with very high resource usage with very long time periods between each running (a few days to a few weeks).

I am not sure if that will work as if you go over at a time it will automatically suspend you.
