Internal Serve Error

I recently decided that I wanted to see what all was on the fantastico that I could maybe find of some use. So I started the install for the Soholaunch Pro Edition. After I completed the install I proceeded to the url of the page ->> HERE.

My first problem is, isnt there supposed to be something installed in the main directory? And second of all, when I click or follow to the sohoadmin directory, I get a "500 Internal Server Error," with the following ::

What is exactly going on? I am really confused because I don't know who to ask, the software providers, or the hosting team?

If you did not create the files in the proper directory you could get this error. Also make sure permissions are set to 755.

The script was auto installed through fantastico, shouldn't that automatically set the permissions for the files correctly? I used Firefox 2.0.0.11 and Internet Explorer 7, and neither of them are giving me anything but the error, could it be my system because the script description in fantastico has some systems specific requirements or what not?

EDIT**

I have also tried loading the other pages that are in the sohoadmin directory, and none of them produce anything besides the "Internal Server Error." I thentried messing with the permissions and nothing seems to work. Should I maybe try the Soholaunch site for support, or could this be just me missing something?

Login to your cPanel, go to the Logs section, and click on Server Logs. Paste what it has here, and we'll figure it out.
