Hi!
I wanted to change the main domain to co.cc. I got a notification that it's done. But when i try to visit the site it shows Internal Server Error. FTP doesn't work too after the domain changed. I think the process is finished but there are some problems.
Can somebody help me? What should I do?
Thanks in advance...

Your domain seems to be pointing to the wrong server, at least on my end. Did you verify that you have set the nameservers at co.cc to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com ? Are you using CloudFlare on your website? Have you checked over any .htaccess files you have to ensure they aren't messing up any scripts?

I did the change through https://x10hosting.com/control/
But I need to rename the nameservers manually; I don't have any information (e-mail, password) and without these I can't login to co.cc and do it. I'll restore the previous status, so I'll change back to x10.bz. Hopefully it will work.

If you want a co.cc domain name, you have to go to co.cc and register it. Most are free.

Changing your main domain using the Account Panel does not register the domain for you. Apparently the one you chose is already taken.

Ok. Changed the domain to x10.bz.
Now I'm getting: Website Specified Does Not Exist. :frown:

Clear your browser cache and history (and add ?fooo to the end of the URL if your ISP is caching content too).

You now have "Default Web Page" , which is an internal placekeeper until the server digests the change of domain ( when you go to your site, the nameservers point you to your server, but your server has not yet adjusted its internal map connecting domains to accounts ). This takes 24-48 hours, but it seems recently that it has been on the fast side, ie ~12hrs.

If you change your domain name again, the clock will reset and it will clear later.
