internal server error for the phpbb forum

hello dear

i have a problem installing a new forum phpBB it gives internal server error in all pages
i have delete all the .htaccess file init
but also the problem is still the same

What are the permissions of php files. It should not be 777

It Mended By It self

it seems there were a problem in the server
