Internal Server Error many times

i many times i get this when i try to go on my site:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@sb5.exofire.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


same problem with cpanel many (i even would say most) times i get timeout when try to go there ( https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083 )
its free but im pissed a bit maybe i should look for other free hoster

I've been getting this error message today also. (Lotus)

It seems to come and go, though. maybe some maintenance is going on?

I've also been getting 500s quite a lot recently.

I'm having trouble connecting on ftp quite frequently too, though ftp works now, while I'm getting the 500.

sorry but this really sux

after about 10 trys i can connect 1 time, but if i try to go to admin page ALL time:

Unable to connect to mysql database.

nvm i got a new server and trying to import the data, but i cant couz its impossible to login as admin, to export my data
