Internal Server Error on Chopin--script unchanged

I am getting an internal server error on an unchanged perl cgi script

http://www.cs450bb.x10hosting.com/boards/cs450-fall10/webbbs_config.pl

on Chopin.

Somehow my public_html directory had been changed to 0750 instead of 0755 but even after changing back to 0755 the error persists. the script is unchanged and there are no syntax errors.

another person has a similar problem on stoli. Has perl moved from
#!/usr/bin/perl

Is this posted somewhere where we "victims" can find it? It makes me crazy trying to fix something that is not broken.

We only found out recently. Admins said that they will comment on that further later. Just so you know, we are as puzzled by it as you.
