"Internal Server Error" please help

I've been getting this message since yesterday, my site is cardesignsoftware.x10.mx

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

There is an ongoing issue with one of starka's webservers. Even though we've fixed the issue a few times, it keeps coming back. Please be patient while we investigate the root cause of this issue so that it can be resolved once and for all.
