Error is :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can FTP in without problem.

Running ASP or PHP?

If not, the problem (500 Error) quite often is located in .htaccess

If you could cut/paste the contents of .htaccess here, maybe we can find the problem.
