Internal Server Error

I added int.fris.x10hosting.com to remote access hosts, along with 69.175.6.94; I now get:

Internal Server Error (on ianvs777.pcriot.com)
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, corey@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I realise there is a lot going on behind the scenes, so I'll sit & wait; thanks to all for your help, support and determination throughout this server move.
