Internal Server Error

Hello ,
Earlier today I installed two different forums scripts, phpBB and MyBB.
I kept getting the 500 Internal Server Error when I tried to log in to my site forums.
I'm not sure if this is to do with my site configuration or your servers.
Is there a way I or you can stop this
