Internal Server Error

It seems like there is an Internal Server Error on my site.

I think its been a day and a half already and the server doesn't seem to come back up. Is the starka server down? I've just add in Joomla and OSTicket a few days ago, am I using too much resources, if so, please advise and I will take down one of the app.

Its no rush to solving this issue, I just want to know what I did wrong to cause this problem so that it won't happen again. Thanks.

You've done nothing wrong. Starka's under a good amount of load at the moment and it's what is causing the issues you're seeing.

Its like been around 1 week plus and its still showing the internal server error message. Is it really the server side issue?
