Earlier today, my website went down with the following error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at no-reply@x10hosting.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am not sure what is wrong nor what I should do.
Thanks for your help.

Hi ajstetson17,

It appears that there is no hosting account linked to your forum account. Please could you associate your accounts by going to Support in the top right of your cPanel, or provide me with your cPanel username? :)

Thank you,

I am not sure how to link it. My email is my username, but I don't really want to post my email here. I used the same email for my cPanel login as my support account.

I finally got it to work by modifying the .htaccess file but my website is running really slow.
