My site at: acorntaxservice.com is showing:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at no-reply@x10hosting.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi,

We migrated our Illuminated customers to a new server, which has resolved many issues we had previously had with Illuminated and has significantly boosted the server's performance. However, when we migrated our customers to a new server, the IP address of the Illuminated server changed.

It appears that acorntaxservice.com is pointing to our old Illuminated IP address. Please could you change the A Record of your domain to 162.253.224.37? :)
