Hi, every time I try to go to my site, I get a 500 Internal Server Error, which says:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@thecarver.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.thecarver.x10hosting.com Port 80

And now, when I try to FTP into the server, It tells me there is nothing in my home folder.
Does anyone know how to fix this, and if it is possible to fix it?
Thanks

Do you have any files *at all* uploaded? If not, I can terminate and re-create your account to see if that does any justice.

Did you delete *any* folders from your FTP? If you did delete public_html / www then you messed up your website yourself. create the public_html directory again, chmod 755 and then upload files into public_html.

I didn't even touch the www directory, I don't ftp into my root folder, but directly into public_html
I'll try reuploading my site, to see if that works.
Thanks
