Internal Server error?

Hi, I get the error below, and was wondering if it's something I have to do to fix this, or whether it is on your side?
Can it be fixed?

Error I get is:-

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@thestealthelite.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

I have tried clearing my cache, and it has made no difference.
Don't know what to do now.

If you have the .htaccess file, rename it to htaccess.txt

Can't connect via ftp either.
If I connect to my Account Management Page, everything shows as offline.
