Internal Server Error

when opened in a browser it is showing "Internal Server Error"

Please help

Can you log into cPanel and open the file manager with the show dot files option checked, then open the .htaccess file and paste its contents here please? Sounds (and looks) like a badly setup .htaccess file to me.
