Hello, recently I have been getting this error message continually. I'm just wondering why it's happening? It has only started happening recently. The full error message is below, thanks for the help 
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I think I fixed it, the error_log was set to permissions 644 which was giving me the error for some reason, I changed it to 755 and now it's working fine.
Please don't close the ticket yet, if anything else goes wrong I'll inform you. Check back tomorrow for me please
