Hello.

After log in, I see the following:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There is a problem with your request
Your Internet connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse.

Please get in touch with us if this is a mistake.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't use any proxy nor VPN.
Can you please help me to solve this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Your problem could be the internet source you are using. Are you connecting to the internet through a public wifi? These connections are often used for abusive conduct. Many businesses and schools wifi connections give similar results.

Thank you for your reply, kenny9.

I connect from home and sometimes from the office.
I think the office connection is clean, but I recently changed my home internet provider and the dynamic IPs may be somehow used by someone else for abusive conduct.

I still see the "Your Internet connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse" message at login.
I never used a proxy or a VPN to connect to x10 systems.
Can someone help me to figure out what this "frequent abuse" is, and why I have been blocked?
Thank you in advance.

...and why I have been blocked?

Your connection could be blocked by x10hosting's server(s) because you are connecting from a suspicious (to x10hosting) IP address - which could be caused by privacy software or settings that you may have installed on your computer - AND/OR x10hosting's server(s) blocked your connection due to the IP address - that you were trying to connect with - is listed on one or more of their "third-party blacklists"

test if your IP address is on a blacklist

get your current IP address at --> [ http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/ ]

then test it at --> [ http://www.stopforumspam.com/search ]

I tested the IP and it is not listed ("Found 0 entries").
It is a static IP and I feel it has been mistakenly blocked.
