Internet Connection Blocked due to frequent abuse

I am getting this error whenever I try to access my admin portal for x10hosting from my work wifi....Why is this?

test if your IP address is on a blacklist

get your current IP address at --> [ http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/ ]

then test it at --> [ http://www.stopforumspam.com/search ]

Well I'm not blacklisted. I don't know why there would be any privacy settings or firewalls blocking this site since it's our public wifi network...Any ideas on where to start looking?

You probably named the problem when you said public wifi. Public wifi hotspots are notorious for abuse. Try logging on from home.
