???Internet Explorer cannot display webpage?

I'm on the Chopin server and my website wont display i have tried loads of browser to see if its my end but no one can access it now. I was only on it 3 hours ago???
I checked Cpanel and none of my CPU checkup stuff are displaying?

If you are on Chopin, then your server was experiencing some downtime. This has been fixed now, and you should be able to view your site perfectly.
