Quick math lesson!
When companies advertise 5MB up and down or 56KBs they are almost always talking about megabits and kilobits. These are not the same as Megabytes and Kilobytes. To get your rate in megabytes or kilobytes you divide the bits by 8. Same thing for servers, so if they advertise a 100MB server you divide 100 by 8 and get 12.5 Megabytes. So 56K = 7KB/s
