Invision Power Board not working properly

I am having trouble with Invision Power Board. It works fine otherwise, but for some reason, this link redirects to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi on the server, and when I go to this link with index.php at the end, it works properly. The CGI page the first link leads to tells me to contact support, and so I did. What's going on?

That link goes directly to your front page for me. You must be looking at a cached copy.
Clear your browser cache and history. Close the browser and then reopen it. Then check again.

Just to add, don't bother disputing this. License or not, the version installed is most definitely nulled, and we won't be lifting the suspension.
